Advance Reservations

In order to ensure that your Wisconsin family vacation, business meeting, romantic retreat or weekend getaway is wonderful, we have established a few policies for Fountain Chateau. Advance reservations are recommended, especially if your desire is to have a particular room. A 50% reservation deposit in the form of a major credit card, debit card or prepayment by check is required to guarantee your reservation. Room rates include a full breakfast each day.

Arrival Information—Flexible check-in and check-out time

Check-in is between 3:00 pm and 9:00 pm. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. There is a late check-in procedure if an arrival after 10:00 pm is expected. Please contact the Innkeeper for details. Doors will be locked after 10:00 pm, and no outside visitors are allowed in after 10:00 pm. Call for more details.

Accessible Rooms

There are special rates for wheelchair accessible rooms. Caregivers do you need respite? Fountain Chateau B&B is totally handicap accessible. A King room on the first floor is equipped for guest with limitation or restrictions. Please contact the Innkeeper for special discounted rates.

Breakfast Menu

Each morning, Fountain Chateau offers guests a breakfast buffet from the menu which is inclusive in your overnight charge. Elegant and hearty, our breakfast menu is delectable in a wide variety of choices to accommodate your appetite. We offer vegetarians a healthy organic menu. Fountain Chateau offers guest gluten free products. We can accommodate most special dietary needs with advance notice.

Eco (Green) Experience

All Fountain Chateau rooms are eco friendly. Sheets and towels in each room are made of Egyptian cotton. The sheets are 300 to 500 tc and guests are provided with bathrobes, slippers and hair dryers. All rooms are air conditioned with an iron and ironing board available.

Smoking

Smoking is not permitted on the grounds of Fountain Chateau.

Children

Please contact the Innkeeper regarding children over the age of 12.

Discounts

Special rates for a five to seven nights stay are available. Please contact the Innkeeper for details.

Cancellations

We require two (2) days notice to cancel a weeknight (Su-Th) reservations, seven (7) days notice to cancel a weekend (Fri or Sat) reservation. Less than two (2) days or seven (7) days we will issue a gift certificate for the full amount of the deposit. Fountain Chateau B&B gift certificate to be used one (1) year from the date of issue. All cancellations shall be made via phone (1-888-839-0232 ) to assure receipt in a timely manner and are not valid until they are confirmed by the Innkeeper via e-mail or a valid Cancellation #.

Gift Certificates

Gift Certificates for Fountain Chateau are available for purchase. All gift certificates are valid for one year from the date of issue.
